About Perssista

Perssista is a product of Anexaris. In these Terms of Service, “Perssista,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Anexaris in connection with the Perssista product and services.

Using Perssista

Perssista is a desktop application. The Free plan is free indefinitely; Pro is a paid subscription billed monthly or yearly through Razorpay, cancellable at any time from Settings.

Your own AI provider keys

If you connect a cloud AI provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.), you're responsible for that provider's own terms, usage limits, and any costs they charge you directly. Perssista does not mark up or bill for cloud AI usage beyond the subscription price.

Stealth Mode — acceptable use

Stealth Mode hides the app from screen capture at the operating-system level. You're responsible for using this feature in compliance with the rules of whatever platform, employer, exam, or meeting you're in. Perssista is a general-purpose privacy tool, not designed or sold for a specific purpose like exam or interview misconduct — using it that way may violate rules set by a third party, which is between you and that third party.

Referral program

Each account gets a referral code. Credits are awarded to both the referrer and the new account once the new account has verified its email and taken a genuine first action — signing up alone does not qualify. We reserve the right to withhold or reverse referral credits, and to limit the number of referrals from a single account or a single source, where we reasonably believe the program is being abused (for example, through fake or duplicate accounts).

Meeting Intelligence data

Summaries, action items, decisions, and follow-up emails generated from your meetings are AI-generated from your transcript and may be inaccurate or incomplete — review them before relying on or sending anything, the same as any other AI-generated content covered below. This data is stored on our servers under your account so it's available across sessions.

Local models & bundled software

Downloaded local AI models are provided by their original open-source publishers under their own licenses. Perssista bundles a local inference runtime to run them; we don't own or modify the models themselves.

No warranty

Perssista is provided "as is." AI-generated content (from any provider, cloud or local) may be inaccurate — verify anything important before relying on it.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
